You're Right. You Don't Have Time for everything. Here's a Quick Fix.

You don't have to do it all.

How can you move forward?

How can you get more done?

One Thing to do today.

One Thing to do this week.

One Thing to do this month.




Yes, Zayn. And Niall? (Still not sure which one he is). One Thing.


Allow yourself to have a little win to keep you motivated as you work towards your big win.




For instance, let's say you want to be more social.

What's One Thing you can do today to be more social?

Phone a friend?

Say hello to a stranger?

Smile at a baby?




"I'm smiling back!"


What about this week, or this month?

Could you visit a friend?

Go to a party?

Throw your own party?



"It's healthy!"


Again, you don't have to do all of those things.

Pick one.

  1. Love this. I've found that with workouts, concentrating on "what am I going to do TODAY," versus "I have to work out X times per day/week/month" makes me way more successful. Great idea to translate this to other arenas.
