How to Find Your Soulmate (with a Dream Board) in 3 Easy Steps

"Is this my soulmate? Maybe.
Either way, he's got to be better that Tyrese."

Hello! So you think you want a soulmate. A human companion and partner in love. Someone who doesn't complete you but compliments you.

If you want a soulmate, then you deserve a soulmate.

Here are three easy steps to Find Your Soulmate with a Dream Board.

The first two steps are questions you must answer. The third step is an action you must take.

1. What?

Take out your list.

You know the one.

"He doesn't have to make a lot of money, so long as he's got a job. He just has to be
taller than me, college educated, and not crazy. No kids. Good teeth..."

The list of things that your future partner MUST have, or else...

If you don't have a Must Have/Dealbreaker list already, then I want you to make one.

Yes. Make a list.

Write down ALL of the qualities you want in your soulmate. Everything thing you can think of.

Once you've completed your list of what you want in your soulmate, you're going to make another list.

This time, write down how you would like to FEEL when you're with your soulmate. Would you like to feel happy? Elated? Comfortable? Secure? Excited? Peaceful? Other adjectives?

On this list, also write down what you would like to do with your soulmate. Surf at the beach? Drink cocktails? Plant rose bushes? Visit each other's families?

Take the time to finish your lists, then move on to the next step.

2. Why?

"You love me how much?!"

Look at each of the items on your list, and write a sentence explaining WHY you want each of these qualities, feelings, and activities.

This exercise may sound tedious, but we need to get at the core of what you want in your life and why. You don't have to justify your desires, but you do need to acknowledge them so that you can make them into reality.

3. Put it on the Board. (And tell a friend!)

Select the five items on your list that are most important you. Find a picture representing each of those separate or related items, and place those pictures on your Dream Board.

For instance, if you want a partner who stays in shape and you want to exercise with your partner because you would like to lead a healthy life, then search for pictures that represent your goals.

Here are some photos I found when performing a Google search for "black couple running":

"I love running! Don't you love running?"
"I'm out here running because I love you."

"Jog? No one needs to run that fast."
"I know that's right."

"Did you fart? Or was that me?"
"It was you, boo."

Search for what you want in your soulmate and in your life. Then put it on your Board.

And tell a friend! Share your Board with someone you trust, so that you can put your Dreams in the universe and get the odds working in your favor.

Do you want to hold hands with your soulmate through a fence?
Put it on the board!

If you can dream it, you can achieve it.

Dreamers, are you searching for your soulmate? Have you put your soulmate on your Dream Board? Have you already found your soulmate? Did you say "soulmate" too many times, and now you don't think it's a real word?
